From December 23rd to 27th, the Young Hoon English Winter Camp brought joy and excitement to more than 350 students in grades 1 through 6.
Each grade embraced its own captivating theme, fostering curiosity and creativity Grade 1 embarked on an Animal Safari adventure, while Grade 2 journeyed through the enchanting world of the Polar Express, inspired by the beloved tale of Chris Van Allsburg. Grade 3 delved into the realm of emotions with insights from Inside Out 2, and Grade 4 explored diverse narrative styles and the intricacies of character development. Grade 5 ventured into the magical universe of Studio Ghibli, and Grade 6 engaged in the thrilling challenges of the acclaimed UK game, Taskmaster.
Throughout this vibrant camp, students honed their skills in listening, speaking, writing, science, art, and more. The atmosphere radiated with the joyful sounds of laughter and creativity, providing a refreshing alternative to the traditional classroom experience.
